Quality Inspection
Ensure the apparel is unworn, unwashed, and has all original VELO tags attached to qualify for a successful exchange or refund.
Secure Packaging
Pack the items securely in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit and include the original invoice inside the parcel.
Shipment & Processing
Send the package back to our warehouse via a traceable courier service; once received, we will process your exchange or refund within 3-5 business days.
